The major emergency plan for Dublin has been activated due to flooding – 24th October 2011

Dublin City Council’s Major Emergency Plan has been activated at 8.00 pm on 24th October due to flooding caused by severe rainfall.

Council staff including Dublin Fire Brigade staff have been sent to to different parts of the city to help deal with the flooding.
